June 2025
Hey Trailblazer,
Welcome to the month of new beginnings!
We’ve officially reached the halfway point of the year—and with it, a powerful opportunity. June, derived from
the Latin word “juvenis” meaning “young,” reminds us that it’s never too late to begin again. The earth is in full
bloom, colors are vibrant, and everything that once lay dormant during the cold seasons is now thriving.
Imagine your life the same way.
What if these next six months could hold the color, clarity, and change you’ve been waiting for? What if the
areas in your career that feel gray, stuck, or stagnant could come to life again? That’s what this month is all
about—reawakening your vision, reclaiming your voice, and recommitting to your purpose.
I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your work—to wonder if you’ve missed your moment, or if the
window has closed on your calling. But here’s the truth: you’re not late. You’re not behind. You’re right on time
to start moving forward again.
This month’s newsletter is here to empower and equip you to:
Reflect on where you are vs. where you want to be
Identify what’s keeping you stuck
Begin practical steps toward change—even if they’re small
Let the rest of the year be a time of vibrant realignment. This season is full of possibility—your future is waiting
to bloom. Here’s to fresh starts, full color, and faith-led decisions.

You Still Have Time
Let’s be honest: the first half of the year may not have gone the way you planned. You may still feel stuck in a role that drains you, unsure of your calling, or too exhausted to even consider what’s next. Maybe you’re wrestling with fear — fear of making the wrong move, fear of starting over, fear of being ungrateful for wanting more.
But here’s what I want you to know: June is not the end. It’s the middle. It’s your cue to pause, take inventory, and give yourself permission to choose differently.
If you’ve been moving through your days in survival mode — just trying to hold it together — I invite you to consider this: What if the next six months didn’t have to look like the last six?
What if the tiredness isn’t laziness but misalignment? What if the fog you feel isn’t failure but the friction of unspoken desires pressing on your heart?
Too often we believe the lie that change must happen quickly, dramatically, and perfectly. But the truth is, most meaningful change starts quietly. With a decision. With an honest conversation. With a question like, “What if I’m meant for more?”
June is the time to plant a new intention. To recommit to your values. To imagine your life like the trees and gardens around us — bursting with life after a long cold stretch. Maybe your clarity is coming into bloom. Maybe this is your season to rise.
The most powerful thing you can do right now is not to have all the answers. It’s to be willing to ask a new set of questions. It’s to get support. It’s to remember that even if you’ve wasted time, you’re not out of time.
You still have six months. You still have options. And you’re still worthy of a life that feels aligned.
Let this June be your turning point. The moment where you begin again — not out of panic, but out of purpose.

Plant the Seed
As June reminds us of new growth and full bloom, it’s also a divine invitation to plant spiritual seeds of transformation. This simple activity is rooted in faith and reflection—designed to help you take your first step toward the change you’ve been praying about.
Step 1: Get Quiet Before God
Find a quiet space. Turn off distractions. Bring a journal and your Bible.
Read: Jeremiah 29:11 - “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
Let these words remind you: God has not forgotten your dreams, your purpose, or your path. He’s thinking of you with intention.
Step 2: Write the “Seed” You’re Planting
In your journal, write down one area of your life where you desire change. Be honest. Is it clarity? Boldness? A new direction?
Label it: “My June Seed.”
Then, write a short prayer asking God to water this seed and show you your next step. It can be as simple as: “Lord, I give this area to You. Help me trust Your timing and take action in faith. Make my life bloom in Your will.”
Step 3: Take One Faithful Action
After prayer, ask: “What is one small step I can take this week toward this change?” Then write it down and commit to doing it. Maybe it’s scheduling a clarity call. Maybe it’s updating your resume. Or maybe it’s simply saying “yes” to rest. Remember “Faith without works is dead.” (James 2:26). Your movement—no matter how small—is a sign of your faith.
Step 4: Revisit Weekly
Every week this month, return to this journal entry. Ask God how the seed is growing. Thank Him in advance for the harvest.
You’re not alone in this journey.
Your career, calling, and courage are all under God’s care. Plant the seed in faith—and watch what He blooms in your life.
